2026 TORCH Production
"Mary Poppins!"

 Thank you for your interest in the TORCH program at St. John’s. This age group is for ages 16+. All Cast members are within the age bracket by March 14th, 2026. There will be several invited child actors from the SPARKS/EMBERS group to fill the child-roles. Actors who are 18+ must complete a background check and attend a Virtus one-day training sessions as part of the casting process.

 

For the months of March-June 2026, practices will be Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 5:00-9:00 PM at St. John's Mercy Hall. Some actors will not need to be present for the full practice timeslot and may be scheduled earlier or later. In addition, dance and music practice will be held on some weekends at Allegro Dance Studios in Warrenton. ​

• Auditions will be held on Sunday, March 14th at 1:30-7 PM. Virtual audition arrangements can be made with the casting committee if you are a existing TORCH member, but must be made prior to the audition date. 

• All actors will be expected to audition with the selected dance sequence and music piece from Mary Poppins.

• You will need to submit your completed audition forms prior to these dates and bring your hard copy to the audition. 

• Tuition is due prior to auditioning. (See contract form)
